SVA starts transfer students into the sophmore year, even if you have a lot of credits. It's definitely the best way to go because you have a full year of preparing for your junior year thesis and senior year portfolio. I don't know anything about their graphic design program- which major are you interested in? I think you'd definitely like the illustration, with all of your drawing and painting skills!
